By accessing or using TG_UNIVERSAL ("the Service"), operated by Chelli System, trading as TG_UNIVERSAL ("we," "us," "the Operator"), you affirmatively agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Acceptance occurs when you check the acceptance checkbox presented at first use ("clickwrap"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are separate from, and in addition to, the age-eligibility confirmation required before use.
TG_UNIVERSAL generates synthetic audio (layered tones) from user-provided identity coordinates (name, date/place of birth, etc.) for personal, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes. The Service does not record, capture, analyze, or process the user's voice or any biometric input. All audio is synthetically generated.
The Service is provided for entertainment and personal-exploration purposes only. It is not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or wellness diagnostic. Terminology used in the Service (e.g., descriptive or symbolic language) does not constitute a health, medical, or therapeutic claim. Consult a licensed professional for any health-related decision. Do not use the Service as a substitute for medical or psychological care.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit use by individuals below this threshold; see our age-eligibility gate and Privacy Policy §Children's Data.
Output Ownership Clarification: Input Data (identity coordinates you submit) remains your property at all times; we claim no ownership over it beyond the limited processing license granted. The Generated Audio Output — including its specific frequency composition and waveform — is created via our proprietary deterministic mapping process, in which we retain the underlying methodology and technology rights. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, perpetual license to use, retain, and privately enjoy your Generated Audio Output file. We do not claim ownership of, and grant no rights to, your underlying identity data itself.
Deterministic Output & Similarity: Outputs are deterministically derived from your specific input coordinates. While personalized to your data, exact frequency overlap with other users sharing identical or highly similar input parameters is mathematically possible. Such overlap is an inherent function of the audio engine and does not constitute an error, defect, or breach of service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All purchases currently offered are one-time, non-recurring license purchases — the Service does not currently operate on a subscription/auto-renewal basis. Should subscription pricing be introduced in the future, updated terms and renewal-disclosure notices will apply.
Payment Processing & Account Indemnification: While Paddle absorbs direct transactional liability as Merchant of Record, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any legal costs, penalties, or damages to our merchant account standing resulting from fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or Terms of Service violations initiated by you.

If you are not satisfied with the Service or the generated audio output for any reason, email Chelli.Support@Gmail.com or call +972 50-777-0345 within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms. See our full Refund Policy. This guarantee does not limit any additional, non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit identity data of another person without their consent; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation; (e) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED BY MANDATORY CONSUMER-PROTECTION LAW (INCLUDING ISRAELI AND EU LAW), IN WHICH CASE ONLY THE MINIMUM MANDATORY PROTECTIONS APPLY.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Israeli or EU consumer-protection law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights.
For non-severe violations, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure before suspending or terminating your access. We may suspend or terminate immediately, without notice, in cases of fraud, illegal use, security threats, or repeated violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling upon termination is governed by our Privacy Policy retention/deletion provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect where required by applicable law. For material changes, continued use requires your affirmative re-acceptance (renewed clickwrap) at your next login or generation request; we will not treat passive continued use alone as acceptance of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence (including Israeli Consumer Protection Law, EU consumer law, or other local law) will apply where such provisions cannot be waived by contract. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally; unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: We may assign or transfer these Terms, and any data or intellectual property rights held under them, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
