We do not access your microphone, and we do not record, capture, or store your voice. All audio the Service produces is synthetically generated from the identity data above — it is not derived from any biometric input.

We do not sell your personal data. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are maintained with each processor above. Where processors are located outside the EU/EEA (e.g., US-based infrastructure), transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to that processor.

Entitlement export and PII erasure are fulfilled via operator tooling against our entitlements database (email nulling + signature redaction; transaction identifiers may be retained for tax/legal record-keeping per §5).
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We enforce this at the server level: any submission where the stated date of birth indicates the user is under 18 is automatically rejected before processing (HTTP 403), and the submitted data is discarded without being logged, stored, or otherwise processed. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies/trackers. We use browser localStorage for functional purposes only (remembering your input, disclaimer/ToS acceptance state, preferences). This is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with third parties. You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings.
We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Sensitive identifiers (e.g., signature ID) are stored using HMAC hashing rather than plaintext where applicable. No system is 100% secure; in the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law (e.g., 72 hours under GDPR/Israeli law where required).
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States (via Vercel, Resend) and other jurisdictions used by our processors. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards for such transfers.
The Service outputs synthetic audio generated via deterministic DSP algorithms. In preparation for the full enforcement of Article 50 of the EU AI Act (and acknowledging the transition period for existing systems until December 2, 2026), the Service takes proactive steps to ensure outputs are identifiable as artificially generated. The Service strictly does not generate deepfakes or manipulate public interest content.
NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, physical condition, mental health condition, or other health outcome. It has not been evaluated, approved, or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), European Medicines Agency (EMA), Israeli Ministry of Health, or any other health authority. The Service is provided for entertainment and relaxation purposes only. Any audio output is generated via mathematical/acoustic algorithms and does not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical advice. If you have any health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional. The operator assumes no liability for any health outcomes, real or perceived, arising from use of this Service.

The Service outputs are deterministic but purely symbolic. No representation is made that outputs predict, guarantee, or determine any real-world outcome, including but not limited to:
Users assume full personal and financial liability for any decisions or actions taken based on the Service's outputs. The operator is not responsible for, and explicitly disclaims liability for, any outcome, direct or indirect, claimed to result from use of this Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including: the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (PPA), your EU national Data Protection Authority, the UK ICO, or the US FTC, as applicable to your location.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
